WHAT TO EXPECT?
During your first consultation you will be asked a series of questions regarding your reason for visiting, medical history, lifestyle and occupation. This will be followed by a physical examination and orthopaedic testing, you may be required to remove certain items of clothing at this stage, in order to expose the symptomatic area so please bring some shorts or loose clothing to change into, we gladly welcome chaperones to the appointment.
Once the examination is complete you will be given a diagnosis and a proposed treatment plan, which is tailored specifically to you. This will be followed by hands on treatment, or referral for further medical investigations if required. Following treatment, it is common to feel some mild discomfort of the affected area for up to 72 hours.

Your health, in our hands

BEN BROWN
Musculoskeletal Specialist (Msc)
Clinic Director
After starting his early work life as an electrical engineer, Ben soon came to realise that this career path was unfulfilling & decided to retrain. Manual therapy was the perfect fit as it allowed him to combine his diagnostic skill set with his passion for health & fitness.

Ben studied for 5 years, gaining a Masters degree in 2018 and started the business in Leigh on Sea shortly after.

Understanding of the importance of movement & exercise to mental well-being, Ben is a big believer in getting people back to the activities they love free from pain.
